In May 2021, Q-dees launched a campaign in conjunction with Ramadan and Syawal festivities for children to nurture values such as respect, empathy and compassion – which are synonymous with the celebrations. Known as #20Qdeeds20Days, the campaign lasted for 20 days. During this period, children, parents, teachers and all staff members teamed up to make a positive impact in the community by committing themselves to performing 20 acts of kindness that involved raising funds for a charitable cause.
Nurturing love and care in preschoolers
The campaign is emblematic of efforts to nurture love and care in preschoolers by encouraging them to demonstrate their altruistic interests, guided by our Q-dees Love to Life principles which are:
- Learn to Love
- Love to Learn
- Love the Community

Education is always transforming and restructuring. It no longer consists of striving purely for academic excellence as there are needs and demands for equally important skills too. Education providers who recognise this continue to make learning a fun experience for young children to motivate them to learn to love and love to learn.
Q-dees inspires early childhood learning through holistic education that imbues moral values, real-life skills and guidance to make a positive impact on the world, nurturing confident, young children who won’t be afraid to explore and discover new horizons.
The #20Qdeeds20Days campaign is one of many Q-dees’ efforts to realise this goal.
Creating change through #20Qdees20Days Campaign
This campaign called upon Q-dees children aged 4 to 6 years old to complete a checklist of activities that required them to perform good deeds and give back to others including the environment, family, friends and also the community.
For example, our children had to pick up three pieces of litter and threw them into a rubbish bin, cheered on their family and friends who were fasting and donating to a charitable cause. They learnt the concept of giving back without expecting anything in return by doing these activities over a period of 20 days.

At the end of the campaign, we encouraged them to create artwork as part of this donation campaign. For every artwork that they created and submitted, Q-dees would donate RM1 to SUKA Society. This shows children that their act of kindness goes a long way!
Raising RM 10,000 to help marginalized children in Malaysia
Thanks to dedicated parents and teachers as well as our hardworking children, we were able to complete this campaign and raise funds for SUKA Society.
We received so many artworks from the children. Some even wanted to donate directly to SUKA Society! Q-dees together with the children, parents and teachers were able to raise RM 10,000 for SUKA Society!
We are very proud of the dedication shown by everyone in the Q-dees family to help less privileged children in Malaysia. At Q-dees, we strive to provide holistic education that empowers children to be the best that they can be!
Compassion is learnt and given
#20Qdeeds20Days, like many Q-dees campaigns, encourages children to apply what they have learnt and learn by doing because young children are capable of doing so much more despite their age. By enabling them to actively and consciously take part in selfless undertakings, they can learn to empathise, love and care for others.
Join this journey with us at Q-dees.
