The Q-dees Robotics ‘n Coding Programme is designed to stimulate young minds through engaging activities and innovative learning tools.

This way, coding is a fun and educational experience for every child.

      • Control and master robot movements accurately

  • What Makes Our Programme Different?

MADE FOR PRESCHOOL

Most robotics or coding classes you see around will only accept children aged 5 or 6 and older.

However, at Q-dees, even children younger than 5 can master basic coding skills.

Yes, your child will be able to join the Robotics ‘n Coding programme even if they cannot read yet!

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCES

Q-dees Robotics ‘n Coding Programme is designed to be as hands-on as possible, allowing each child an opportunity to perform coding on the robot independently.

This ensures that each child understands the coding principles taught, building confidence in coding by making it a fun experience.

INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA

Q-dees’ Robotics ‘n Coding programme makes coding more fun and interesting by implementing interactive multimedia, songs, and videos.

Children will adventure with Tech and Cody as they learn basic coding principles. From learning how to code colours at a space farm to conditionals at a carnival, the fun never ends!

FORMULATE CODING SEQUENCES

Formulating coding sequences is one of the main core principles of coding.

Our Robotics ‘n Coding programme gives learners the opportunity to visualise the outcome of their coding, allowing children to directly correlate how the robot moves with their coding sequence.

ROBOTICS TOURNAMENT

Participate in Q-dees’ Robotics Tournament where children get to compete against their peers nationwide. 

Children practice their teamwork and coding skills by working together against other centres every term. This is a brilliant opportunity for your child to take part in a low-pressure competitive environment. 

  • What is the A.C.C.E. Methodology?

Coding is more effective via our A.C.C.E. methodology. Children are taught to Analyse, Construct, Conduct, and Evaluate their coding sequences, building the foundations of coding and engineering skills.

Analyse Problem

Identify the start point and the end point on the map and any other tasks to accomplish (such as colour changes, etc.)

Construct

Construct Solution

Form a coding sequence to direct the robot towards the goal. Determine which step should come first, second, etc.

Conduct

Conduct Testing

Place the robot on the map to test your coding sequence. Begin your coding sequence and watch the robot move.

Evaluate

Evaluate Outcome

Evaluate whether the coding robot has successfully accomplished the goal(s) or if more testing is needed.
