1. Playing in the Park
Bring your child out to the park more often and you may start to see them glow with health. This is because of the fresh air and exposure to nature. The wide open spaces of parks also allow your children to run around more freely.
2. Cycling
A family cycling routine makes for exciting bonding sessions with your child. Riding a bicycle is an easy and healthy exercise for all ages that may not be too difficult to fit into your daily routine. It helps build stamina and strength while improving the health of your heart.
3. Gardening
Teach your child to grow their own veggies and they might probably start eating them more. Eating the produce of their own harvest can be one of the most rewarding experiences for your child. Gardening is heavy work where you have to dig dirt and carry heavy watering cans, providing your child with a good amount of exercise.
4. Camping
You may already be aware that unplugging from technology once in a while will be good for our physical and emotional health. That is why camping outdoors away from the city lights is a great way to fast from using devices and really focus on interacting with your children.
5. Indoor Adventures
Sometimes, it’s nearly impossible to go out and have some fun with your kids. So why not take things indoors? You could build a pillow fort with your child or if you want a little more adventure, try planning a treasure hunt by hiding written clues all over the house whereby your child/children have to race around to find them!
